NTA NET Exam Schedule
The CSIR NET 2024 will be conducted over three days: June 25, 26, and 27, 2024. Each day will have two shifts: the first shift from 09:00 am to 12:00 pm and the second shift from 03:00 pm to 06:00 pm.
CSIR NET 2024 Paper Pattern
- The exam will be conducted online and will last for 3 hours.
- The exam covers five subjects: Earth, Atmospheric, Ocean and Planetary Sciences, Chemical Sciences, Life Sciences, Mathematical Sciences, and Physical Sciences.
- The number of multiple-choice questions (MCQs) to be attempted varies by subject, with each question having four options and only one correct answer.
- The total marks for the exam are 200, with a marking scheme of +2 for each correct answer and a negative marking of 25 per cent (33 per cent for some parts).
- The paper will be available in both English and Hindi.
