Mains Exam- The Main Examination is the second stage, and it consists of several papers for candidates who have qualified in the Prelims. This stage is crucial as the marks obtained here contribute significantly to the final ranking.
Interview- The final stage of the selection process is the Personal Interview. This stage assesses the candidates’ personalities, communication skills and suitability for a public service job. The Personal Interview plays a vital role in determining the final ranking of candidates.
