Air Force Agniveer Educational Qualification
Intermediate with Science and English: Candidates must have passed intermediate examinations with science and English or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.
Three-Year Engineering Diploma: Candidates must have a three-year diploma in engineering with 50% marks in total and 50% in English from recognized polytechnic institutes.
Two-Year Vocational Courses: Candidates must have completed two years of vocational courses in Mathematics and Physics with 50% marks in total and 50% in English from recognized boards.
Other Streams: Candidates who have passed 12th with another stream can also apply with 50% marks in total and 50% marks in English or have passed two years of vocational courses from recognized education boards.
Candidates applying for the Agniveer Vayu recruitment must be born between July 3, 2004, and January 3, 2008. This age range ensures that applicants are between 16 and 20 years old at the time of application. Additionally, the maximum age limit for candidates upon clearing all stages of the selection procedure is set at 21 years.
The application fee for the Agniveer Vayu recruitment is ₹550/-. This fee is required to be paid during the online registration process. Candidates can make the payment through various methods, including Debit/Credit cards and Internet banking. It is important to note that in cases where multiple payments are made for a single application, refunds will be processed to the sender’s account after the online application window closes.
Vayu Agniveer Selection Process
The selection process for the Agniveer Vayu Intake (02/2025) begins with a Phase I online examination, starting from October 18, 2024. Candidates who qualify in the online exam will undergo a Physical Standards Test to ensure they meet the required physical criteria. Following this, a detailed medical examination will be conducted to ascertain the medical fitness of the candidates.
